Les c\u00e9pages que nous avons choisis sont l’Auxerrois, le Chardonnay et le Pinot Blanc, un champ test de 650 pieds de Sauvignon Blanc a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 plant\u00e9. Nulle part dans le Heuvelland le c\u00e9page Sauvignon Blanc n’a \u00e9t\u00e9 plant\u00e9 auparavant.<\/p>\n

L’ann\u00e9e prochaine, nous allons encore nous d\u00e9velopper et passer \u00e0 12 500 b\u00e2tons. Les c\u00e9pages seront les m\u00eames, seul le c\u00e9page Pinot Noir sera ajout\u00e9.<\/p>\n
