The stylish accommodation of 300m² in the middle of the Heuvelland countryside offers sleeping accommodation for 14 people and has 5 rooms and 4 bathrooms. Accommodatie
The authentic farm is located on the flank of the Rodeberg in Westouter ( Heuvelland ). From here you can perfectly explore the region. You are close to Poperinge , Ypres , DDranouter, Westvleteren and the Belgian coast.
Entrance
In the entrance hall there is enough space to hang coats and to store shoes. The stroller can also be parked here. There is a toilet in the entrance hall. A storage space is also provided. Through the door on the right you enter the attractive open living space.
Open living space
First you enter the spacious sitting area. This is equipped with a cozy sofa and enough cozy places for everyone. There is a flat screen and a digibox. The gas fireplace is central to the open-plan living space. The kitchen is 3 steps down. It is an open kitchen with cooking island. Conviviality trumps. On the other side is a long table where everyone can enjoy together. The large sliding windows, with a panoramic view of the region, give the house a very spacious feeling and give access to the paved terrace.
The kitchen is equipped with all modern equipment. oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, … Sufficient kitchenware is also available. Adapted cutlery and possibly a high chair are provided for children. Kitchen towels are also provided.

There are 5 bedrooms and they are all located on the first floor. All beds have a quality mattress. The beds are always made on arrival. Towels are also provided by us.
Bedroom 1 & 2 are identical. They both have a unique view of the vineyard and the region. They have a double bed of 180cm x 200cm. The rooms each have a bathroom with a sink, walk-in rain shower, towel dryer and toilet.
Bedroom 3 is a family room. This room has a double bed of 180 cm x 200 cm and a bunk bed. There is also a bathroom with sink, walk-in rain shower, towel dryer and toilet.
Bedrooms 4 & 5 can serve as a large family room with communicating rooms, as well as room 5 can be used separately. Bedroom 4 has a double bed of 180 cm x 200 cm and 2 single beds. It is possible to add an extra baby bed. Bedroom 5 has 2 single beds. There is a shared bathroom with sink, shower, bath, towel dryer and toilet.

There is ample space for parking cars and bicycles
Accomodation
After your reservation, you will be asked to pay an advance by bank transfer (50% of the cost). After receipt of the advance, your reservation is final. You will also be asked to pay a deposit of €400 by bank transfer. This will be refunded by bank transfer in the week after your departure, subject to any deduction of costs.
Including tourist tax, bed, bath and kitchen linen, water, gas and electricity, WiFi and final cleaning.
