Accommodation

House rules
- Smoking in the buildings is prohibited
- Pets are not allowed
- Holding parties in the holiday home, for any occasion, is prohibited
- Having other guests over is not allowed
- Upon departure, we ask you to leave the house in a neat and tidy condition
Prices and bookings
The rental price includes tourist tax, Wi-Fi, water, gas and electricity.
Mandatory surcharge: 250 euros
Included in the surcharge: beds made up with top-quality pure linen, soft bath towels, shower products, kitchen linen, rubbish bags, washing-up liquid, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper and the final cleaning.
Deposit: 400 euros
This will be refunded after the stay, after inspection and subject to any deduction of costs.
When booking, we ask for a deposit: 50% of the cost price. To be paid by means of a bank transfer. The booking is final upon receipt of the deposit.
